Frequently asked questions

How does Bayan FX compare two forex brokers?

We compare brokers side by side on verifiable facts only: which regulators license each firm, the trading platforms they offer (MT4, MT5, cTrader and proprietary apps), how long they have operated, and whether a genuine swap-free (Islamic) account exists. We never invent ratings, spreads or minimum deposits — unverified specs stay blank.

Is a broker with more regulators always the better choice?

Not automatically. What matters is which entity actually opens your account and which regulator supervises that entity. A firm may hold FCA, ASIC or CySEC licences in Europe yet onboard Asian clients through an offshore entity with weaker protections. Always check the specific entity named in your client agreement against that regulator's register.

Do these brokers offer swap-free (Islamic) accounts?

Several do, but the detail matters. A genuine swap-free account zeroes overnight interest (riba); a trap account replaces it with a fixed 'administration fee' that scales with how long you hold a position — that is riba relabelled. Read the account agreement, not the marketing page, and confirm the fee structure before you fund.

Why do some compared brokers appear on Asian regulators' warning lists?

Most Asian regulators — Bappebti, Malaysia's SC, the Philippine SEC — do not license retail spot-forex brokers, so internationally regulated firms appear on their alert lists. That means 'not licensed locally', not automatically 'scam'. Equally, absence from a list is not a clean bill of health. Verify the broker's home-regulator licence yourself.
